Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Kenneth Toppin, an independent RE/MAX realtor. It is used to register interest in Great Gulf Whitby Meadows and to send approved buyers a private information package.

What we collect

When you request VIP access or unlock the package, we store your name, email, phone, city, how you heard about us, and optional referral details, plus marketing/UTM data from the page URL. This is stored in our database (Supabase) so we can contact you about this project.

Google Drive

The site administrator may connect their own Google Drive so a selected folder can be shared only with your email after you register. We do not read your personal Drive. If you are the administrator, we store a Google refresh token only to share that folder with registered buyers.
